Photo Finish Roof Cleaning in Blackstone, VA

We have been looking for a challenge and a roof washing was on top of that list. We got a recommendation from a previous client that they are getting a new neighbor and they are in need of a roof wash before they move in. It is an older home with slate roof and had a lot of growth on it. We knew it would require a high chemical percentage and multiple passes of rain to push the growth off.

We made sure to get a professional before and after photo but that after photo took some time because we went back three times to treat the roof. When the growth died off we had to take a soft brush and loosen up the dead material to give the rain some help but without damaging the slate.

The client was impressed that we came back without them reaching out to us and actually did not think they would get such great results. I think we made them a believer and they had a clean roof when they moved in.
